How to Send Newsletters to Kindle (3 Ways, 2026 Guide)

Newsletters are built to be read, not skimmed - which makes them a poor fit for the phone screen they usually arrive on. Sending them to a Kindle instead fixes that, but "send a newsletter to Kindle" can mean three different things depending on whether you want to move one issue right now, or stop thinking about it entirely.

Method 1
Forward the email directly

It's in Amazon's "Manage Your Content and Devices" under Preferences → Personal Document Settings - looks like yourname_12345@kindle.com.

Open the email and forward it as-is. Amazon's Send-to-Kindle service converts it into a document automatically.

Approve the sending address once
Amazon only accepts mail from addresses you've whitelisted, so add the newsletter's sending address (or your own email) to your approved senders list first, or the issue gets silently dropped.
This is the zero-setup option, and it works fine for a plain-text issue. It struggles with anything image-heavy: embedded graphics, multi-column layouts, and tracking pixels often survive the conversion badly or push the email over Amazon's size limit.
Method 2
Paste the web-view link
Most newsletter platforms - Substack, beehiiv, ConvertKit - include a "view in browser" link at the top of every issue. That link points to a clean, ad-stripped web page rather than the raw HTML email, which converts far more reliably.
